Hello Jonas Dornelas,
Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. We will check and update you soon.
Microsoft Teams bot is not receiving notifications after a few days of inactivity.
Hi,
I have a Microsoft Teams bot that only sends notifications to users — there's no interaction from their side. It works normally right after installation. However, after a few weeks of inactivity (I’m not sure of the exact period), the notifications stop being delivered. When I call the API to send a notification, no error is returned, but the message never reaches the user.
The bot only starts working again if the user uninstalls and then reinstalls it. I’m not sure what’s causing this behavior.
